The conference registration fee includes everything needed for a fully immersive retreat experience — conference admission, shared accommodations in a double room, and all meals throughout the event. As this is an all-inclusive gathering, there is no need to reserve a hotel room separately; accommodations are automatically included with registration.
Rooms are double occupancy, with two queen beds, and a shared bathroom. During the registration process, attendees may use the comments section to request a preferred roommate, and every effort will be made to honor those requests. Shared lodging is designed to encourage connection, community, and meaningful conversation among participants.
